Payment Methods

Online Orders:

INAY MOMENTS accepts orders from Mondays through Fridays. We accept the following payment methods for online shopping:

A. Paypal

Simply log-in to your Paypal account (Don't have a Paypal account? Sign up Now!) Then, select your fund source and confirm card and payment details by clicking "Pay Now" button.Wait for the site to process your payment. Do not close the window at this time. Wait for the page to redirect you back to our page. Invoice will be sent via e-mail.

B. Bank Deposit

Payments via bank deposit shall be made through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or Banco de Oro.

INAY MOMENTS' account details shall be provided to customer upon check out. Full payment should be made prior to delivery of goods.

C. Cebuana Lhullier / Palawan Express

Please send your payment by visiting any branch and filling up the remittance form.

*** How to Send your Proof of Payment

For Over the counter bank deposits , Online Bank transfers and money remittance, you must submit a clear and readable photo or scanned copy of the deposit/ transfer slip trough the ff:

Via Email: Use the contact us link on the website. Please indicate your name and Order ID # (ex. Liza Reyes / IM#1016 )

Via DM on Instagram: Send a personal message on instagram with your name and Order ID #

Once payment is verified, yours orders will processed and you will receive an SMS or email confirmation. Payment confirmation will updated as soon as possible within the 24 hrs period.

PAYMENT CUT-OFF TIME

All orders with confirmed payment by 12 noon will be dispatched the same day for Metro Manila orders and 2pm for JRS Provincial orders. Payments made past the timeframe will be dispatched the next day. No shipping every Sundays and Holidays.

Immediate payment is expected on orders placed at our website. Orders without payment will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.
